The Michigan Recruitment & Retention Network (MRRN) is a team of individuals dedicated to the personal and professional development of its members. They are committed to providing members with opportunities to grow and enhance both their personal and professional development through educational meetings and forums that encourage the flow of communication, exchange of ideas and access to informational resources.
Membership is open to individuals who are directly involved in and have primary responsibility for the recruitment, retention, or acquisition of physicians and/or other medical staff and who are employed to do so by a hospital, hospital system, clinic, practice, managed care organization, or not for profit health care association.
The Michigan Recruitment & Retention Network is a "model of excellence" whose commitment to collaboration, education and professionalism is reflected in its membership throughout the State of Michigan. Through networking and educational development, MRRN seeks to minimize risks and maintain a selective, knowledgeable approach to the recruitment, retention and acquisition of physicians and allied health care providers.

2016 MICHIGAN PHYSICIAN RECRUITER & LIAISON SURVEY
The Michigan Recruitment & Retention Network (MRRN) has partnered with Medical Opportunities, a service of the Michigan Health Council, to conduct the Annual 2016 MICHIGAN PHYSICIAN RECRUITER & LIAISON SURVEY. The survey targets Michigan practices, hospitals, and systems with a focus on collecting key metrics that will identify Michigan benchmarks, best practices, and trends in physician and advance practice provider recruitment and liaison activity as compared to national metrics collected by ASPR and the MGMA.
